Presidential Impeachment
in the United States

I started watching Trump Impeachment on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. That first day was interesting, I’d never seen an impeachment hearing. Marie Yovanovitch presented compelling but elusive testimony. The United States is being torn apart because of these hearings.

She admitted to not knowing of illegal acts committed by President Trump. I didn’t watch very much of Friday’s testimony; the TV was on, but I wasn’t paying very much attention to it. I was looking forward to Tuesday’s testimony.

When Tuesday finally arrived, I started watching the hearing. I found it boring nothing very exciting was going on. More of the same speculation and presumption is what I heard. Adam Schiff acted like the hearings were a great success for The Democratic Party. I believe it will go to the Senate.

I heard that President Trump wants the Senate to have a trial. He can then take it to court and call witnesses that Adam Schiff would not allow in the house hearing. It would interest me to watch that trial. I believe that President Trump would make a very compelling witness during the Senate trial.

My Thoughts

I watched part of the impeachment hearings today. I turned it on and watched for a few minutes and decided it was very boring. Not much was happening, so I changed channels. I’ll wait for new news clips on Fox News and other stations to find out what happened. I don’t think the Democrats are getting the show they wanted.

There has been name-calling between president trump and speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.  I believe Nancy Pelosi called the president an impostor. I’m not sure what President Trump called Miss Pelosi other than she is stupid or words to that effect.
