There’s a Lot Going On

a Lot Going On

I’ve been thinking about writing a post for 2 or 3 days now. I had a topic in mind, but I didn’t know where I would take it. The topic or rather the title would be there’s a lot going on. Thinking about all the situations going on in Washington DC, the different Democratic functions with election primaries and debate.

As with most of the current events, I only watch bits and pieces just enough to know a little about what’s going on, but not enough to become totally bored. I am always interested when the Democrats start up a new series of accusations against President Trump. From what I have heard on the news channels, The Democrats are going back to Russia Russia Russia maybe even another impeachment. They didn’t get anywhere with Russia the first or second times they went after trump and Russia; I don’t know what makes them think they can get some place this time.

Economics

I don’t know if President Trump is double dealing or if he is upfront and honest. What I know is that President Trump is doing the United States of America a great service. According to the latest polls, the economy is in good shape, unemployment is at all-time lows for all ethnic groups and wages and income are up. Very little of that has anything to do with my financial well-being. The things that would help me out financially would be the lowering of the cost of living.

Things like the cost of groceries and especially the taxes that are being charged on fundamental needs like food. The cost of gasoline is a minor consideration for me because I do little driving anymore. Sometimes $20 worth of gas will last me an entire month. I’m a homebody, I just stay at home and try to stay healthy. But if I had a newer car, I would very much enjoy going on a few short road trips. I would like to go down to Henderson NV to see where my brother is living now.

Financial

Financially, things are getting a little tight for me and I have had to do some cutting back on my expenses. I pay minimal expenses on my car insurance I think it’s just a little over $25 a month now which is the best I’ve ever had it. But that may be because I drive a little. I’m running out of thoughts so I think I will end this post for now, I may come back to it at another time, but I don’t know. Thanks for reading and leave a comment if you’re inclined.
